Franchise and validation arrangements can change quite frequently – what should you do when this happens?

Students that have started a course whose franchise or validation status changes during their studies should remain on a bursary package equal in value to the package advertised when they originally applied for the course. We would, of course, approve changes where the level of support was increased.
