Assistant Director
David Barrett
David has been part of the Office for Fair Access since it was established in October 2004. Originally OFFA’s Programme Manager, he became Assistant Director in February 2006 and is now responsible for OFFA’s management and programme of work, and for taking forward its strategic aims.
Prior to joining OFFA, David was a Senior Policy Officer in the Widening Participation team at the Higher Education Funding Council for England and had also worked in admissions offices at both pre- and post-1992 universities.
