Promoting fair access to higher education

The Office for Fair Access (OFFA) is the independent regulator of fair access to higher education in England. We believe that everyone with the potential and ambition to succeed in higher education should have equal opportunity to do so, whatever their income or background.

Monitoring guidance

If you had an access agreement in 2014-15, you will need to complete a monitoring return by noon on Wednesday 20 January 2016. Our guidance for institutions explains what you need to do next.

We are currently working hard to resolve technical problems that mean we have not yet been able to make institutions' individual templates available to them. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may be causing, and will get in touch with institutions as soon as we have more news.
